I need to take a minute out of this busy time to tell you how much Stan and I enjoyed your catering at our special birthday celebration yesterday.  Of course the food was not only delicious but so beautifully presented, that our guest were afraid to dig in.  Once they did however, they wanted more and more and of course you provided plenty to everyone's delight…The phone is ringing off the hook with friends and neighbors thanking us for such a special party and all the thanks goes to you who made us look so good.
