My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Executive Conference Center-Rockville this past week, and took a walk to eat at Mosaic on Tuesday.
 
I had the barbecue chicken salad, and my wife had the grilled chicken Caesar salad. Both were delicious.
 
We started with soups, my wife a chicken vegetable, and me a mushroom soup. Both wonderful. The mushroom soup was smoky and flavorful.
 
The woman that hosted us and served us, Anessa, was fantastic. When we raved about the soups, she brought out samples of the other soups for us to try, which went above and beyond the call of duty. The squash soup was out of this world. Anessa hustled, and made sure our needs were met, along with many other tables. She was busy, but truly seemed to enjoy her work, and represented you very well.
 
We took some of your cards to the Hilton concierge, and encouraged him to try your restaurant, and to make recommendations to guests at the hotel to cross the street to enjoy Mosaic.
 
Hang onto Anessa; she did a fabulous job!
