Local hens 2 ways: lightly brined and pan roasted supreme and a ballotine of the legs with summer wild mushroom stuffing. Served with baby cucumber and bell pepper panzanella.

Dining Out For Life is an annual fundraising event where Washington, DC restaurants donate a portion of proceeds to Washington
