Thank you so much for the scrumptious special Valentine`s dinners last night and for offering them in the first place. I have no idea how on earth you figure out how many to plan for because you never know when the day comes around how many diners will actually order from the special menu. Having seen Top Chef on Bravo I see what can be involved in cuisine preparation and now have a higher appreciation for that skill than I ever did before. The lobster ravioli and tenderloin medallion dishes were simply amazing, as well as the hearts of palm salad preceding those dishes. Our server was attentive and friendly and we appreciate his service. We thoroughly enjoyed the preparations last night and look forward to future culinary events!
